Birthday Party

The next day Matthew, Melissa, Isaac, and Corinna welcomed their new brother by singing "Happy Birthday" and having birthday carrot cake. 

 

Dear friends of ours, the Lewises, made the trek from San Antonio to stay with me and Tommy while the rest of the crew went to church.  Then they made a delicious dinner for us.  The kids have adopted them as their Texas grandparents.  Thank you both, you are truly a blessing!

 

Melissa cuddled her new brother.  The swaddling blanket was a gift from the midwife who attended Melissa's and Isaac's births.  We have gotten a lot of use out of that swaddling wrap since then!

 

Isaac and Thomas sticking tongues out at each other.  I predict little Tommy will look up to big brother Isaac.
